G2S staff have the experience to manage the safe removal of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) in accordance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) standards. Following the removal of the UST, confirmatory soil samples are collected from the floor and sidewalls of the completed excavation. Typically, a UST investigation may include one or more of the following:
- Preparation of specifications document for removal of USTs
- Assist the client with the bid process for contractor selection
- Oversight of TSSA licensed contractor to remove the UST
- Completion of soil sampling and chemical testing program
- Evaluation of results and preparation of a closure report
